Echo Landing 11 is a stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome spread across 3 storeys, new to the Sun Peaks area as of the winter of 2019. This home sleeps up to 8 people, and features a private hot tub on the balcony that was just installed in early December 2019.The ground level of this home has access to a large two-car garage which can be used as a mud room with plenty of space for you to load and unload your ski gear, and the entryway to your living spaces.

The second level of this home is a beautifully decorated, open-concept delight. Rustic styled hardwood floor is throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area, which accents the wooden pantry and cupboards which feature tons of storage space. The living room features a large flatscreen TV mounted above the fireplace which is the perfect spot to cozy up on the comfy L-shaped sectional sofa. This floor also has a half-bathroom (aka powder room).

The top level of this home features all 3 bedrooms, as well as the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom and another bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, the third bedroom features two single beds, and there is also a pull-out cupboard bed in the living room.

Location Highlights

Echo Landing is one of the newest constructions in Sun Peaks with the first set of buildings completed in fall of 2019. Most of the options offered at this complex are 2- or 3-bedroom properties.

This complex features awesome views down the valley of the top of Tod Mountain, and Mt Morrisey across the way. Located approximately a 10-to-15 minute walk to the main village area, this complex is also ski-in/ski-out by way of both the Morrisey Express and new Orient Express chairlifts.The next closest complexes are Woodhaven to one side, and Settler's Crossing to the other (with Stone's Throw located just past that).

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:To ski in from the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way which leads back to the complex.To ski in from the top of Orient, take a skier's right to get on to East Village Ski Way, or, heading left, use a short section of either Czesc or Hasta La Vista to connect to East Village Ski Way.To ski out, cross the road and use the East Village Ski Way to get down to the Morrisey or Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's about a 3-5 minute walk down to these chairlifts.

A wonderful experience great hosts easy to understand instructions and the property Unit 11 was better than we expected. Clean bright and a great hot tub. Garage was spotless and super big for ski storage and doubled as our changeroom. We had to contact TOTM a couple times during the week with questions and we received immediate and live responses. Ski in to the condo and cross the street to ski out.. amazing. We walked in to the village most nights and free shuttle was a bonus. Great trip and definitely coming back!! We even had our gourmet dinner and groceries delivered by Ohana Deli and i would recommend them 100%.. all in all a great vacation

It was our first time to stay in sun peaks with my family and friends. People are very inviting and hospitable in the village. The place was awesome we really enjoyed our stay in Sun peaks. Hoping to come back again on Christmas.

This is a beautiful place with lots of common space to spread out when with a larger group. It was great to be able to seat everyone together at the table for meals and the garage was well set up for ski and equipment storage.
